At Criticalern, we would take a holistic view of the individual and would initiate the launch process towards candidates Industry readiness for launch, once she / he is ready based on mentor evaluation. This would include mapping post-assessment in line with the pre-assessment performed on the candidate earlier. Also candidates who would need course correction would be offered assessment from time to time.
