Learning Design Journey

The candidate is required to be assisted with help of a personalized Learning design that is specific suited to the individual learning requirements and the pace of learning. Since we believe that no single size suits all, the design will be an to streamline the learning purpose for each individual. The key components of the Learning Design will include subject areas that will be needed to addressed to enhance enhancement learning requisite Knowledge and Skill areas. We at Criticalern believe that learning is not a one-time activity but a Journey and for candidates seeking appropriate industry readiness and transformation will have to embark on a journey. Our mentors work with each individuals learning journey, mapping it to the areas matching the areas marked for enhancement with various Industry interventions. The journey helps to calibrate the areas of learning with the pace of learning and the candidate will be able to judge the effort that is needed to achieve the desired outcomes.
