2. Scope

4.3 Assessment and Readiness Data

Responses to psychometric, aptitude, readiness, or career-alignment assessments; self-declared strengths and preferences; and outputs or scores generated from such tools.

4.4 Mentorship and Session Data

Mentor preferences, bookings, calendar data, session timings, communication records, attendance information, feedback, ratings, reviews, notes voluntarily shared through the platform, and support queries related to mentorship interactions.

4.5 Opportunity and Marketplace Data

Saved listings, applications initiated through the platform, interactions with recruiters or providers, program interests, enrollment leads, and marketplace transaction data.

4.6 Payment and Transaction Data

Payment status, billing details, invoices, tax details where applicable, transaction identifiers, and limited payment metadata received from payment processors. Full card or banking credentials are generally processed by third-party payment partners and not stored by us, except as necessary through tokenized or limited transaction records.
